Prices per night per person

Winter season adults: 550 CZK

Winter season child up to 12 years: 470 CZK

 

Summer season adults: 480 CZK

Summer season child up to 12 years: 400 CZK

 

Out of season adults: 430 CZK

Out of season child up to 12 years: 350 CZK

 

New Year's Eve

During the New Year's Eve stay, the price is set as follows: adult 600 CZK / night, child under 12 years 550 CZK / night, child under 3 years is accommodated free of charge without the right to a bed. For New Year's Eve stays, cancellation fees do not apply.

 

Easter

During Easter, the price is set as follows: adult 550 CZK / night, child under 12 years 470 CZK, child under 3 years is accommodated free of charge without the right to a bed.

 

Operation, fees, prices

The price above is the price for adult accommodation.
In the summer season, a child under 12 years of age pays 400 CZK / night and a child under 3 years of age is accommodated free of charge without the right to a bed.
In the winter season, a child under 12 years of age pay 470 CZK / night and a child under 3 years of age is accommodated free of charge without the right to a bed.

We can also rent a cot for 250 CZK per week.

The above prices include bed linen, energy consumption and final cleaning.

 

Possibility to rent tap equipment 300 CZK per stay. Draft beer can be purchased at the property. Current price list of drinks here...

 

You can take your pet with you.
The price for a dog is 150 CZK / night.

For a binding reservation, we charge 50% of the amount for accommodation.

Upon arrival, the guest will pay a refundable deposit of CZK 3,000 on the spot to cover any damages.

 

Discount
When occupying the whole building for several days, a discount is possible by arrangement.

 

Cancellation

Cancellation fees in case of cancellation:

Free cancellation 14 days before arrival
50% of the reservation price in case of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival
70% of the reservation price in case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival
100% of the reservation price in case of cancellation less than 3 days before arrival
We do not refund deposits in case of cancellation of a Christmas or New Year's Eve stay.

Free parking in the private parking lot next to the Apartments.

Please count on the sojourn tax of the municipality of Horní Maršov in the amount of CZK 20 / day for over 18 years of age outside the days of arrival. The landlord will collect this fee upon your arrival.
